Matt has been a physical therapist for 21 years working primarily with the geriatric population. Matt is a Geriatric Certified Specialist with a passion for helping people maintain their independent lifestyle. Through personal and professional experiences, Matt has seen firsthand the stress and anxiety that comes with having to make the difficult decision to place a loved one in an assisted living community.
As a physical therapist, his expertise was often sought out when having to decide which community would be the right fit. He has spent the majority of his professional career practicing in assisted living communities, and Matt has a unique advantage of knowing what each community has to offer regarding the needs of our clients. Clients and their families were always so grateful that Matt was able to help them navigate this difficult decision. That is when he decided to shift career focus to helping clients and their families find the living accommodations that best fits the needs of their loved ones.
Audrey serves as Transition Specialist in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets. Audrey’s background is in occupational therapy and she has a passion for helping seniors maintain an independent lifestyle. One way of doing this is matching them with communities that can best meet their needs, not only in the present but in the future as well. When she was a treating therapist, Audrey worked with the geriatric population in both a skilled and home health setting.
She has treated patients in most of the assisted living communities locally and this gives her a unique perspective of where her clients will best be cared for. Placing a loved one into a community is stressful and can be confusing. Audrey takes pride in walking my clients throughout the entire process from start to finish. Clients know they can reach out to her and she is always available to help them with their questions.
Audrey shares, “I enjoy taking the guesswork out of placement and being there for clients eliminating their stress and making them feel comfortable.”

Jill’s background is in Physical Therapy and she been working with the senior community for over 18 years. Jill has ample experience in the skilled nursing and home health settings. She has always had a passion for helping people and working for Senior Living Locators allows her to continue that role. Jill has extensive experience working with clients, assessing their needs, and making recommendations based on these findings.
Facilitating the highest level of independence is her priority, as well as ensuring clients have their needs met. Jill assists in guiding clients through the difficult task of finding a senior living community for them or their loved one, with the goal of making it a simple and smooth process.
Jill shares, “I value my relationships with clients and look forward to helping them during this transition.”
